Episode 295: Acute Myelogenous Leukemia Nearly Killed Her; Now She Has Hope

When she was flossing her teeth one night, her gums started bleeding and didn't stop. Charlene from Minnesota decided to drive to the hospital the next morning. Doctors were shocked she even made it and said if she had waited a day or two longer she would be dead. She was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia and underwent extensive chemotherapy. Six months later she needed open heart surgery. After recovering, she ended up with leukemia again. Three different oncologists said she had days, weeks or months to live. But Charlene found cannabis and it has given her a new lease on life.
