I'm really stressed out, work, the family, running a house I need some Self-Care routines and self-care tips
Are you stressed out due to; looking after the family and the family is now on three levels? My elderly mum, my kids, and my partner and working full time. Do you have a self-care day or a self-care routine? Maybe you are a stressed-out Dad working full-time, looking after the bills, the house. Do you make times for :a massage, sauna, a regular walk, listen to your favorite music
What self-care -self-care is the practice of consciously doing things that preserve or improve your mental or physical health. Why do we need self-care - Between work and life, most of us are juggling a lot. When our to-do list is demanding, taking care of ourselves often drops to the bottom of the list. Then we can suffer burnout. anxiety, panic attacks, and eventually depression.
Here 4 things to consider
1-Pay attention to your physical health- get some exercise, walking running, swimming
2-Learn to say No-don't over commit yourself – you can't make everyone happy
3-Be a healthy eater- don't comfort eat, or over a drink, remember the veggies
