Mask Exemption Letter (Medical/Religious)

Many politicians and businesses are trying to bring back the mask mandates already. Makes me wonder what is in store this fall? So in order to get ahead of the game I carefully crafted a letter of exemption (religious/medical) from wearing masks. Please see the link below to download pdf version:
