Deaths after Covid vaccination: Tracking adverse events, hospitalisations

A presentation was made to the National Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) Committee during a meeting held on July 31 2021, over the number of deaths, AEFI hospitalisations and severe AEFI post vaccination against coronavirus in the country. However, the data does not reflect if the deaths were caused due to the vaccine.
