David Jose, an alleged sovereign citizen who teaches common law and how to write lawful affidavits, stated that they can use affidavits to secure the release of the January 6th defendants being held in jail/prison.
David Jose teamed up with Josh Barnett, who ran for Congress in AZ during the 2020 election and lost, claiming that they are at least partly responsible for bringing about the audit taking place currently in AZ, along with some other states.
David Jose offers a private membership association to his followers, which is where he allegedly teaches how to write an effective affidavit. Barnett and DJ have also held webinars and symposiums, for a fee, to show their followers how to save the nation.
In the past, it has been alleged, that David Jose had lost custody of his children which caused him to take up a battle against CPS. During this time, he discovered that he could use these affidavits to force CPS to return children to their families. He became extremely active within some anti-cps groups via social media. Currently, it has been rumored, however, that he has not been successful in bringing his own children home.
David Jose, reportedly, has ties via social media to people such as David Straight, Timothy Holmseth, Fran Amato, Robert Slavin, and seems to be a follower of some of the “Q”anon narratives. Many sources among the social media platforms, strongly suggest that you do some research into David Jose (et al), before jumping on the bandwagon and/or sending any financial support. As the saying goes, it’s better to be safe than sorry.
