130lbs of Potatoes From our Backyard!! 🥔🥔🥔

In this video we finally harvest our potatoes and reveal some of our SIX biggest lessons learned throughout the process. This is the third video in our series showing you how we grew our first season of Ruth Stout potatoes. If you haven't watched the first two videos, I highly recommend watching those first from the links below!

In our first video we showed you how we planted our no-dig/Ruth Stout potatoes this year in place of the traditional "loose soil" method we grew up with. We dramatically increased the size of our potato patch and went all in with this. In our second video we show you a few of the surprises and interesting developments during the process, including the mysterious "POTATO FRUITS".
