Joe Biden Gives Empty threats from an Empty Head to the Islamic State

Joe Biden screams “hey…kids…I mean ISIS or Islamic State, stay off my lawn” and other empty threats while talking to the camera and calling on the reports he was “instructed” to call upon. Meanwhile 13 US Marines and 1 US Sailor were killed by a car bomb at the Kabul airport.
