Southern Ontario Hobby Farmers AKA, Abstracts - "Luxury Estates" What Happened to this old Houz?

Ontario loses Thousands of Acres of farmland to what is said to be urban development a day, says a farmers group.
Is it not just "Luxury Residential Estates" AKA called Hobby Farms, I wonder Why?
