Charles Hoskinson: Very Few People Know This About Cardano!

Everything is on schedule. Things are looking good. We're just getting ready to cut the release candidate. Next week, we should be toting around with the hard forking to test net. Just to verify everything's looking good, exchanges are starting to migrate and come online. We have more than 100 people doing something, so everything is on schedule. We're going to have the Cardano 360 episode on the 26th of August while the ADA listing in Japan will take place on the 25th. All the teams are working hard on the ecosystem. We've got some great benchmark numbers and we're working on refining that and turning a few things for the cost model.

We also are making sure that all the launch partners, the eight different companies that are creating applications, are ready to go for the new project slated for September 10. And the project they are working on is properly ported over so that we can demo these things at the conference. We have a full team working on the jet vision. The metal lamp is the vendor working with him. A lot of work is ongoing on documentation and tutorials. We'll likely do another iteration of the Plutus Pioneers program. We already did Iteration One. Iterations Two and Three will be available after the new PHP comes out. And we can run the entire tutorial, deploying things to the test net. That's a more representative sample of the developer experience.

Right now, we're working tirelessly to get everything ready for the summit. Over 20,000 people have registered. We expect about 50,000. We expect to see a big boost in September, especially after the launch of Alonzo.

Last year, we did an audit with Kwan Stamp for the code. They found a few things, and we remediated them. By the time we had finished the remediations, the audit team that Kwan Stamp had was no longer available. We called and asked them to finish the verification. They told us that we'd need a new engagement, which would be up to six figures.
