"Hey I'm Dr. Brady, and there's growing evidence that links inflammation and oxidative stress to depression. We know from both human and animal models that inflammation is increased and behavior has changed with depression. Now a group of researchers took mice with depression and gave them hydrogen water and what they found was not only was there inflammation decreased, but their behavior had improved significantly."
