MS is a fairly common disease that many people struggle with nowadays. MS (multiple sclerosis) is a disease that attacks the central nervous system of the body. You may know someone who struggles with this disease. In this study, scientific researchers gave mice MS and saw that when they gave mice hydrogen infused water, there was decreased nerve damage and less inflammation. The hydrogen-rich water helped significantly decrease the overall severity of the disease.

"Hey I'm Dr. Brady, and in this study from the Journal of Neural Physiology from 2016, researchers took mice and experimentally gave them multiple sclerosis or MS. Now we know that MS the hallmark of that disease is a breakdown of the nerves. Now when researchers gave these mice the hydrogen water, what they found was that the breakdown of the nerves was actually less, there was less inflammation and the overall severity of the disease was decreased."
