Record late snow fell across the Bluegrass State of Kentucky Wednesday morning. According to local meteorologists some areas in Kentucky received upwards of an inch or two locally. This doesn't happen that often. Video shows dogwood trees full of snow, snow on cars, snow on grass and other surfaces
