"Hey, I'm Dr. Brady and in this particular study from 2013, from the Journal of Scientific Reports - researchers took mice and gave them a drug that induced Parkinson's disease. They then took those mice and gave them hydrogen water to study the effects, and what they found was that when they gave the mice hydrogen water, the mice released a hormone called ghrelin that helped protect the brain from the effects of Parkinson's disease."
