"People ask 'Is hydrogen water the same as putting food grade hydrogen peroxide into water?' The short answer is no absolutely not. Some people will pour hydrogen peroxide into water and they want to drink it, they feel that has health benefits and that's fine. Hydrogen peroxide is h2O2 it is its own substance, its own liquid. Hydrogen water is water h2o with h2 gas dissolved in it. So there is no correlation, there is nothing that is similar about hydrogen water and hydrogen peroxide in water. Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidant it's designed to kill bacteria. Hydrogen water is an antioxidant - so they are completely opposites in their function."
