Today I have the pleasure of talking with Natural Health Consultant Cindy Walker. As well as a Health consultant, Cindy practices as a health coach, holistic nutritionist, and a fitness and yoga wellness instructor!

Cindy has been in the health industry for over 40 years and has worked internationally and within Canada during that time.
