In a bar in a sleazy part of town, a deadbeat guy meets a strung out girl. Two disasters combined could make a giant disaster. They can see their lives two steps ahead. Maybe three. That's all it needs. There's the easy way. And the other way. The grinding teeth of Nightlife doesn't care. There's plenty of customers. Ten a penny. It takes two to tango, but only one to avoid the jaws of nightlife.
