On or about 23 July, 2020 PVT Richard Halliday went missing from Fort Bliss Texas. We, his family, didn't find out he was missing until 36 days after he was last seen when his father called Richard's unit after not hearing from him for around a month. Today is Day 158 since his disappearance. We will climb any mountain and follow any credible lead to find Richard.
