September 18th Parents plead for missing son (missing 56 days). Pvt. Richard Halliday has been missing since July 24, 2020 from Ft. Bliss in El Paso Texas. His family did not find out until August 28, 2020 (36 days later) when Richard's father called his unit after not hearing from him for a month (thinking he was in the field because that had happened before). The family was told that Richard was listed as AWOL and then as a deserter after 30 days of absence.

*There is currently no evidence that Richard left Fort Bliss on his own volition and now over a year after he disappeared family and friends are still actively looking for PVT Richard Halliday.
