Chinas over priced housing market! Apartment search can you find a good one? Day 4. #expat #beijing

My wife and I go searching for an apartment in Beijing. We wonder if we will ever find a clean and decent apartment. I am very surprised at some of the conditions of these apartment rentals. This is when I feel the culture shock between America and China. I am surprise at some of the conditions and the uncleanliness of homes here. Most are so over priced and damaged beyond belief. It surprises me that the rent is an entire months salary for most the people in Beijing. Let me know in the comments what you think about the apartments we looked at. Are we to picky? Are my standards too high?
