Policing by Consent Breaks Down in New Zealand - The Arrest of Scotty Dixon

The New Zealand Police are no longer "Policing by Consent", rather they are now "Policing by Diktat".

We are unsure at this point exactly how everything unfolded but it would seem members of the public may have been happy to step in and take control of Scotty's highly distressed son.

If this is what state enforcers are willing to do for violations of current mandates, what will it be like when they ramp up?
