Vaccine Culture (Part 1)

We've been living in a vaccine culture for decades, especially in the Western world. We've seen the near eradication of many diseases in this time, including smallpox, polio, and others too many to name. But times and conditions change, and so do viruses and the vaccines that are used to inoculate against them. So does science and technology. Virology has changed. Demographics have changed. Governments have changed. The medical field and pharmacology has changed. Two things that haven't changed (for the better) are politics and greed.
