Speaking on the Public Health Agenda: The people of Butte County, CA address the Board of Supervisors with their grievances amidst the rampant fraud and constitutional infringements upon their lives since the board first voted in the local health emergency and started receiving millions in CARES Act money and other state and federal covid disaster relief funds, over a year and a half ago. What will it finally take for the board to open their eyes, stop ignoring their constituents, stop breaking the law and stop violating their oaths of office?
