Merck Receives $356M to develop drug to treat COVID - The Drug was shelved.

It has been reported that Merck has received $356,000,000 to develop a drug to treat COVID 19; however, the drug has been shelved. Surely, Dr. Fauci as director of NIH had something to do with the approval of these funds.
