Dr Malone on the false reporting that FDA approved the current Pfizer vaccine

Dr Malone: The FDA issued two separate letters for two separate vaccines. The vaccine that is currently being used, is still under EUA and has the liability shield.

The product that is licensed is the BioNTech product, substantially similar, but not necessarily identical. It's called Comirnaty and it's not available. They haven't started manufacturing it yet.

That is the product that the liability waiver will no longer apply to.
