Pull-ups are a great exercise to incorporate into your routine because they don't require special equipment and work your shoulders, arms, and back muscles. However, pull-ups can be very challenging because you are lifting your own body weight. Not being able to do the pull-up is really common, so don't get discouraged if you can't do it right away. It may take some time and exercise to build up your strength, but if you follow the instructions in the video, you can achieve amazing results quickly.
