I'm Peter Serefine with the Liberty Minute for Tuesday, day 527 of 15 days to flatten the curve.
Yesterday the Pfizer Wuhan Flu vaccine got FDA approval. The president wasted no time before calling on more companies to mandate the vaccine. I have two major problems with that.
First, before this vaccine was rushed through the process, no vaccine had ever made it to market in less than 4 years. This technology, which has never been tried in humans before, has been approved in less than a year. That seems suspicious.
Second, if the CDC director said that the vaccine doesn't stop transmission, how does anyone have any ground to even attempt to mandate it? Stopping the spread is the only moral or ethical reason to mandate a vaccine.
Forty-five veteran groups have demanded a meeting with the president over the calamitous pull out of Afghanistan. That would be a fun meeting, but I doubt the president will allow it to happen. I'm sure the president knows that most of the 2 million veterans would proudly don their uniforms again to save the Americans stranded in Afghanistan.
