A person who regularly practices mindfulness and meditation will be able to make better choices in life because they do not act impulsively. A mindful person carefully considers how any actions and choices affect their future, and how they affect other living beings. As we become more mindful of the impact of our choices and actions, our relationships with family, friends, and colleagues will improve as well.
