Installing and Trying NsCDE on Fedora Linux

Let's install and check out NsCDE (Not-so-Common Desktop Environment) and its dependencies on Fedora. This is based on the Common Desktop Environment. CDE was first released in 1993 and used on UNIX systems during the 1990s and 2000s. It was released as open source in 2012.
