SEIU 1000 President R.L Brown Forges New Culture

After 13 years, SEIU 1000, the largest employee union in the State of California, consisting of more than 100,000 represented employees elected a new President, Richard Louis Brown. President Brown, a labor leader, forges a new culture: "SEIU 1000 should be a labor union, not a political organization."
