Turtle Takes a Bite of Feeder's Fingers

Occurred on August 20, 2021 / Fort Myers, Florida, USA

Info: I was on vacation in Fort Myers, Florida. There was a feeder to feed the fish, so I got a handful. I was aware I could get bit, but I didn’t care because I wanted to feed the turtle specifically. I am fully aware now you can’t feed a turtle. The original scream is my reaction. When I realized I was alright, I told the turtles not to go for my toes next. I know this wasn’t the turtle's fault. My finger is fine, no infection at all, barely a cut even.
