U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 133rd Contingency Response Flight, Minnesota Air National Guard, 136th Contingency Response Flight, Texas Air National Guard, and 146th Contingency Response Flight, California Air National Guard, complete a combat offloading of cargo in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, Aug. 17, 2021.
