EXTRA Nutrient Dense Bone Broth - Powerful Ingredients
Here's how I make my EXTRA nutrient-dense bone broth. You could boil it for many hours in a pot but I do it in about 2 hours in my trusty pressure cooker. This broth is very very nutrient-dense. That's because I've got all the bones kept from when I cook meat that I've saved in a bag in the freezer, a big handful of dried mixed herbs, a big handful of seaweed powder, half a tablespoon of cream of tartar and about 5 litres of water in this particular cooker. This broth is gonna be incredibly nutrient-dense because there's gonna be a lot of Proline and Glycine, the herbs contain a lot of minerals, the seaweed powder contains a lot of minerals, particularly iodine which a lot of people are lacking these days AND I add the cream of tartar because it's probably the cheapest most concentrated form of potassium that's easily available and the half tablespoon amongst the 5 litres is going to ensure it's not TOO concentrated. The minerals will all survive but some of the vitamins will be diminished.
The combined ingredients contain substantial amounts of proline, glycine, potassium, sodium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, copper and selenium.
