Recipe makes 10 to 12 meatballs

Ingredients

1lb ground beef in unwrapped package tray
Pepper & Salt
3-4 Garlic Cloves
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Onion
1 Jar of your favorite Tomato Sauce
1 Small Can of Goya Tomato Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
¾ Box of Pasta
Olive Oil
Other Cooking Oil (not Olive Oil)
Sea Salt
Garnish - Green & White chopped scallion
Bread - “La Baguette”

Cooking Instructions

Mix 1lb ground beef with Salt, Pepper, Chopped Garlic, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, 1 egg and Chopped Onions
Note: make the meatballs “smaller” rather than “larger” so they are more thoroughly cooked in the fry pan

Pan Fry Meatballs for ~12 minutes

For the temp on the fry pan, I'm looking for the "sweet" spot that is more than a "simmer", but not so hot that ground beef begins to char and burn. On my stove that's "Medium-High" setting.

Note: roll meatballs to a “pink” side about every ~4 minutes

Add tomato sauce to a medium size pot
Add bay leaves to the tomato sauce

After meatballs are cooked for ~12 minutes add meatballs to the tomato sauce

Cover pot and simmer ~30 mins

Note: Make the pasta after meatballs start to simmer in the tomato sauce. No need to make the pasta sooner as the meatballs should simmer in the tomato sauce for ~30mins

Fill about ¾ of a large pot with water
Shake in some salt
Drizzle some cooking oil into the water (not olive oil)
Heat and wait for water to start boiling

Add ¾ Box of pasta to the large pot of boiling water
Boil the pasta for about 9-10 minutes

Prep & Cook Time: ~50 minutes
