Taliban Officials with Al Qaeda Terrorist Leader Khalil Haqqani

The brother of the defunct former president of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani, Hashmat Ghani, pledges his allegiance to the Taliban in the presence of members of Khalil Haqqani, a member of the Al Qaeda linked Haqqani terrorist network. All the of these men in the video are Pashtuns tribesmen. Former members of Afghan army from the Tajik and Uzbeck minorities are still fighting the Taliban while Pashtun government officials are switching sides, again.
