Authoritarians have -always- abused the claim "it's for the public good" to deceive shallow thinkers, and oppress citizens under their jackboots.

Bible passages of Romans 13 have been deliberately misquoted and twisted many times in history to "justify" massive human rights abuses. The -Bible- is not wrong; it is the liars who twist its words, to justify evil.

Every honorable person, whether Christian or not, has a duty to actively oppose tyrants -- whether governments, NGOs, or "private" employers.
