Vancouver, British Columbia. The alleged Covid pandemic has called to question what the government's role should be in our society. Governments must keep their citizens safe and enforce the law, but to what extent can government violate individual liberty for the common good? Should we trust the government to solve all our problems instead of actively seeking solutions ourselves? The constitution is written to list and protect every citizen's rights. Do declarations of emergency supersede our constitutional rights?
