White Tiger Relaxing

This wild tiger is relaxing after eating chicken.

Tigers are born white. The variation does not inhibit the black pigment, so the white tiger still has black stripes. White Bengal tigers have been found in the wild, but are rare. The oldest recorded sightings of the Indian subcontinent date back to the 1500s, and the last known free-roaming white tiger was shot in 1958, according to 2013 research published in Current Biology.
