A TINY bit of whinging... and then a backup plan for my first BIG RIDE of the year

So the BC Licensing restrictions aren't what I thought they were, which is a pain in the butt and something I really should have read ahead and known... but here I am; making a backup plan since I can only ride sunrise to sunset.
