Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of olive oil ( 30 ml )
1 teaspoon of butter (15 grams)
3 eggs
4 sprigs of spring onions (green onions)
1 teaspoon of salt (4 grams)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
(150 grams) cheddar cheese (you can add different types of cheese)
