Healthcare and Birth Control.
It's in the context of a TED Talk about Global Warming and how to lower C02.
"First we got population,
the world today has 6.8 billion people, thats headed up to about 9 billion.
Now if we do a really great job on new va**ines, healthcare, reproductive health services,
we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15%"
