Serving Cease & Desist Orders on Police engaged in criminality

We have a civic responsibility to expose criminals in our community - even the overweight uniformed bullies! Here’s action on the streets of Nelson & Seargent Alana making a fool of herself; lying to me; and refusing to answer reasonable questions of her jurisdiction over me.
As her gift she was served a Cease & Desist Order ( along with her two subordinates) both in the public and the private.
Their names/officer IDs are now entered in an national & international database along with this video - they SHALL be brought to justice for Crimes Against Humanity!
