No proof of DELTA VARIANT Surge in CA!!!

8/19/2021 - Pam Ragland's Public Record Act Request to the OC Board of Supervisors, showing no proof of the Delta Variant Surge in all of California. So then why are they trying to mandate masks, & force a dangerous experimental DNA modification procedure on large sections of the public (only making the problem worse as you will see by what I show you here.)
