At a school board meeting Thursday night, a Gwinnett County mother blasts the school board and superintendent over the school system’s new mask mandate. The live feed somehow froze just as Holly Terei was beginning to call out new Superintendent Calvin Watts for his motives in supporting the mandate and questionable conflicts of interest that apparently almost cost him his previous job in Washington.

Dr. Watts and other school board members, who support the mask mandate, were recently caught attending a Gwinnett County gala where masks were optional; Not surprisingly, they chose NOT to wear a mask, with an estimated 800 people in attendance, eating, drinking, and dancing. Photos of the superintendent and school board members posing maskless at the gala quickly circulated on social media. Parents in Gwinnett County are furious over the hypocrisy and demanded at tonight's school board meeting that they and their children be afforded the same courtesy... an OPTION to wear or not wear a mask.

The live feed had no other issues or interruptions the entire evening. It resumed after Mrs. Terei completed her remarks. Stream freezes at 2:40 mark.

Parents in Gwinnett County have formed a group called Gwinnett County Parents for Quality Education. They have raised enough funds to put up a billboard calling out the superintendent and have hired an attorney to sue the board over the mandate. A letter of intent has already been sent to the board.
