Six Flags New Orleans Jazzland Abandoned Amusement Park 2005 Hurricane Hurricane Katrina 2021 New Orleans Louisiana Road Trip

In this short episode we head over to the abandoned Six Flags amusement park outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, The park opened in 2000 as Jazzland, came under financial trouble in 2003 and was bought by Six Flags, who operated it until August of 2005, when Hurricane Katrina flooded the area. A great documentary by Jake Williams titled Closed For Storm, documents the theme park. I highly suggest you check it out!
