2021AUG19 Governmental Immunity for Taylor Michigan

My friend Ronald Baldwin was riding his bicycle on a sidewalk here in Taylor Michigan, where the City discourages Private Citizens from clearing dangerous overgrown weeds and vines on vacant properties. My friend was thrown from his bicycle and broke his ankle and tore a ligament Aug 2021 and that is why I made a video.

Taylor Michigan is the 9th largest city in Michigan and is located in Wayne County, it only has one (unprotected) bike lane. Taylor taxes it's residents the MAX amount and we have a slush fund along with a corrupt city council. $1.24 million dollar WELCOME TO TAYLOR sign is about to go up and that was passed through without the consent of the residents. I hear the Mayor has control of the TIFA slush fund.
Ron has contacted two lawyers and was told nothing can be done due to "Governmental Immunity."

Ron updated his friends on Facebook, "Progressing slowly. No weight bearing on left leg which is immobilized. Using a walker and wheelchair to get around. Pain gets worse at night sometimes. First post-op visit is Friday morning."
