Why Trump didn't stop the election from being stolen?

Why didn't Trump stop election fraud? If Trump and the military stopped election fraud then we wouldn't have to go through all this chaos. Trump had to allow the deep state to come out in the open to catch them. Otherwise they would stay hidden and plot to take over again.
