Joint and Muscle Relief
This is a sequence I created with asanas (poses) that I noticed relieved my joint stiffness & muscle tightness. As a Massage Therapist & author there are times I feel extreme discomfort in certain areas of my body such as my back, shoulders, and legs. I listen to my body as to how deep I go in a pose and how many breaths to take in each one. This is not medical advice, it's just a vinyasa I found works for me.
