Don't call relocated Afghans migrants, they're 'exiled': EU

The European Union foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, is rejecting comparisons between the current Afghanistan "nightmare" and the 2015 migrant crisis that hit Europe. Speaking to European parliament, Borrell said any fresh wave of Afghans facing the continent would focus on "people who are fleeing to save their lives."
