Peter Chang, a meteorology and oceanography (METOC) analyst forecaste, with 3rd Intelligence Battalion III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (MIG), speaks about the Battlespace Surveillance Company Field Exercise (BSCFEX) on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 12, 2021.
