On August 15, 2021, the twitter notifications blew up as Afghanistan fell to the Taliban. This time, I did not notice right away as I was on paternity leave with my seven week old son.

Good Morning, Afghanistan!

I will cover international updates on the evolving #Afghanistan situation, as well as what it is like to change, feed, burp, walk around, soothe, put to sleep...and then repeat all over again for sixteen straight days while my beautiful girlfriend and mother of our son, Mirjana, gets some much needed R&R.

First episode is up! I rant a little bit. Being sleep deprived for the last five days has already started to mess with me. I have no idea what time it is and words are now hard.
